  1. Parties. This Affiliate Agreement is between Tajnes Business Management Est., licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), licence no. 1219274, Al Saqr Business Tower, Dubai ("Tajnes"), and the person named in this application ("Affiliate").
  2. Appointment. Once approved, the Affiliate is a non-exclusive, independent introducer. The Affiliate is not an employee, agent or partner of Tajnes and may not sign for Tajnes, quote prices, collect money or promise any approval or timeline.
  3. Approval. This agreement takes effect only when Tajnes approves the application in writing and issues a personal referral code. Tajnes may refuse an application, including after identity and compliance checks, without giving reasons.
  4. Referrals. A referral counts when the client is new to Tajnes and is registered by the Affiliate (referral code, email or WhatsApp) before their first consultation. A referral is valid for 6 months from registration. If two people introduce the same client, the first registration counts. Tajnes decides whether to accept any client.
  5. Commission. The commission is a percentage of the Tajnes service fee actually received for the referred client's first engagement, excluding VAT, government fees and third-party costs: Friends and family 15%, Affiliate partner 20%, Gold partner 30%. Gold partner status is granted by Tajnes. Commission is paid once per referred client and does not recur on renewals or later services unless agreed in writing.
  6. Payment. Commission becomes payable only after the client has paid Tajnes in full and Tajnes has completed 100% of the referred service. It is paid within 14 days after completion, by bank transfer in AED to an account in the Affiliate's own name, against the Affiliate's invoice or signed receipt. The Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes.
  7. No commission. No commission is due if the client cancels, does not pay in full, receives a refund, reverses a payment, or is declined for compliance reasons, or if the referral breaches this agreement. Commission paid on a payment that is later reversed must be returned.
  8. Fair price. A referral never increases the client's price. Tajnes may tell clients that they were introduced by an affiliate.
  9. Conduct. The Affiliate must act honestly; use only approved Tajnes brand material; not send spam or make marketing calls that break UAE telemarketing rules; hold any UAE Advertiser Permit required for paid promotion; and share a client's personal data only with that client's consent and in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
  10. Compliance. The Affiliate confirms that the information and documents given are true. Tajnes may verify them, screen them against sanctions lists and keep them for at least five years, as UAE anti-money laundering law requires. The Affiliate must not offer or accept any bribe or improper payment.
  11. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential.
  12. Term and termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time by email. Commission for clients registered before termination and later completed remains payable, unless Tajnes ends the agreement because of the Affiliate's breach.
  13. Liability. Neither party is liable for indirect loss. The Affiliate is responsible for loss caused by their breach of this agreement or of the law.
  14. Changes. Tajnes may change the programme for future referrals by giving notice. Referrals already registered keep the terms in force when they were registered.
  15. Law and signature. This agreement is governed by UAE law, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. It is accepted electronically under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021. The Tajnes Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.

Affiliate questions

Does the client pay more because I referred them?

No. Referred clients pay exactly the same open-book price as everyone else. Your commission comes from our service fee.

When exactly do I get paid?

Once, within 14 days after the client has paid us in full and we have completed 100% of their service, for example when their licence and visas are issued.

Is the commission recurring?

No. It is a one-time commission per new client, for their first engagement. Renewals and later services are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Is commission paid on government fees?

No. It is calculated on the Tajnes service fee only, excluding VAT, government fees and third-party costs.

Why do you need my passport?

UAE anti-money laundering rules require us to verify everyone we pay. Your passport copy is stored privately and seen only by our compliance team.

Can students join?

Yes. Students can introduce parents, relatives or friends who want to start a business in the UAE, and student founders are welcome to apply too.

How do I become a Gold partner?

Gold partner status is granted by Tajnes, typically to partners and firms with five or more completed referrals in a year. Apply for Gold and we will review it.

Do I need a UAE licence to join?

No. You must be able to receive payment legally in your country, into an account in your own name. Your obligations are set out in your affiliate agreement.

Can I refer clients from outside the UAE?

Yes. Many of our clients start their setup from abroad, and we handle most steps remotely.

Who approves my application?

Our management team reviews every application, verifies your identity and approves or declines it, usually within two working days.
