Who can get a UAE Golden visa?
Long-term residency of 5 or 10 years, with no employer sponsor needed. These are the main routes. Thresholds are set by the UAE authorities and can change, so we confirm your eligibility before you apply.
Property owners
Property in the UAE with a total value of AED 2 million or more. Mortgaged and off-plan property can qualify when the bank and the land department confirm the value.
Investors
A deposit of AED 2 million in an approved UAE investment fund, or AED 2 million of capital in a UAE company.

An innovative or technical project, supported by an accredited business incubator or the relevant UAE authority.
Skilled professionals
A basic monthly salary of AED 30,000 or more, a bachelor's degree, and an occupation in the top two skill levels.
Exceptional talent
Doctors, scientists, inventors, creatives, senior executives, athletes and PhD holders, with a recommendation from the relevant UAE authority.
Outstanding students and graduates
Top-ranking high-school students and distinguished university graduates, with certificates and a recommendation from their school or university.
Humanitarian pioneers and frontline heroes
People recognised for humanitarian work or frontline service, with official certificates or recommendations.

How much does a UAE residency visa cost?
It depends on the visa type, where you set up and whether you are inside the UAE. Our cost calculator shows an itemised estimate, and your final price comes in a written quotation.
Can I apply while I am outside the UAE?
Yes. We issue an entry permit so you can enter the UAE, then complete the medical test and Emirates ID after you arrive.
Who needs a medical test?
Applicants aged 18 and over. Children under 18 do not need the medical test for a family visa.
Can I sponsor my parents?
Often yes, subject to the authority's conditions on income and accommodation. We check your eligibility before you apply.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Every visa is approved at the discretion of the UAE authorities. We reduce the risk of rejection by preparing your file correctly.
