How our pricing works

Three separate parts. Nothing bundled, nothing hidden.

Many providers quote one combined number. We break every quote into three clear parts, so you know what you pay to the government, to suppliers and to us.

1

Government & authority fees

Licence, visas, establishment card, Emirates ID and medical. Charged at the official cost, with receipts from the authority.

2

Third-party services

Office space, insurance, accounting, translation and more, sourced through our partners at negotiated rates that are usually lower than you would get on your own. Shown as separate lines on your quote.

3

Tajnes service fee

Our advice, negotiation, preparation and follow-up. One fixed fee for your service plan, agreed in writing before we start.

Why our fee pays for itself

We made the mistakes, so you don't have to

New founders often lose money on the wrong licence, the wrong activity, an office they do not need or an accountant who overcharges. Our team has learned these lessons over years of setting up companies, and we use that experience to protect yours.

Right structure first timeWe compare jurisdictions and activities before you spend a dirham.
Negotiated partner ratesOffice, accounting and other services at rates we have negotiated with trusted partners.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

Why do you show government fees separately?

So you can see exactly what goes to the authority and what you pay us. Government fees are charged at cost and backed by official receipts.

Do you add a margin to third-party services?

Yes, a small sourcing fee for finding, negotiating and managing the supplier. It is shown on your quote, and the total is usually lower than you would pay going to the supplier yourself.

Are fees refundable?

Fees are not refundable once paid, because government and partner costs are committed immediately. If anything goes wrong, we sit down with you, find the cause and agree on how to fix it.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can move from Essential to Partner or Executive at any time and pay only the difference in the Tajnes service fee.
